I love halloween. Not the crazy gory stuff; the cute fun, 'scary' stuff. The thriller movies that have you sitting on the edge of your seat, that raises your heart rate, and unbeknownst to you causes you to hold your breath. The kid who jumps out and says boo, but you scream like a little girl. Ok, so I am a girl, but still you get the idea. That's the type of Halloween I like. So when I started on this wealth I knew it had to be fun as well. I started with traditional colors and a fun feel, but it was missing something. I wandered a couple of craft stores in the area and came across this cute little flying menace. I knew that this was exactly what it needed to finish wreath. I grabed the bat and decided to paint it with chalkboard paint, because that was new right - at least I thought it was until I browsed around the internet and found that It wasn't that knew of an idea, but It's still cute.
So here is the final project. A cute traditional wreath for Halloween with a chalkboard bat where you can write your own saying.
